Service Description
Hair must be at least 10” Hair must be washed, detangled, and blown out straight prior to arrival. Black hair included ( colors 1 1b 2 & 4) Add hair color in notes during checkout Length is mid back to bra length Longer lengths are additional Make sure your hair is clean and completely detangled before your appointment. If not, there might be an extra charge. Unfortunately, no one can stay in the room while the service is being done. But they are welcome to wait in the waiting area.
Cancellation Policy
When canceling an appointment, please note that all deposits are non-refundable. To cancel your scheduled appointment, you must do so 48 hours prior to the appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a late cancellation fee of 40% of the service cost. No show clients will be charged as well When booking an appointment on a major holiday (Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve, New Years), an additional fee will be charged. $45 & up for children & $65 & up for adults
