• So let me start off by saying, I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT let any and everyone put their hands in my head. A little over a month ago I asked Charmaine to please braid my hair so I wouldn't be tempted to cut it off, note that I am very particular and detailed. I told her every detail about how I wanted my hair and believe it or not they were the best singles I have ever gotten and WILL NOT hesitate to go to her again. Also about a week ago I ordered precision combs that I have been wanting for a while now but never bought them from anywhere and I'm glad i waited bc Charmaine shortly had them on her site. She remembered that during my hair appointment I talked about getting them and she took it upon herself to let me know that she had them now as part of her retail and I jumped on it. That being said Charmaine's customer service is Impeccable SHE IS AMAZING from her personality to her work. Thank You so much Charmaine!
