Service Description
Hair must be fully detangled, washed, & blown out straight and free of product for this service prior to arrival. Hair color must be added in notes when checking out Length is mid back or waist length Length needs to be put in notes Longer length is an additional price There is a 10 minute grace period for being late but must contact. At 10 minutes, a $30late fee is added whether contacted or not & and after 20 minutes, $40 late fee or possible cancellation takes place.
Cancellation Policy
When canceling an appointment, please note that all deposits are non-refundable. To cancel your scheduled appointment, you must do so 48 hours prior to the appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a late cancellation fee of 40% of the service cost. No show clients will be charged as well When booking an appointment on a major holiday (Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve, New Years), an additional fee will be charged. $45 & up for children & $65 & up for adults
