Service Description
Hair just be detangled & blown out prior. Natural hair colors are included in this service. Hair color should be added when checking out in the notes section (color 1 1b 2 4) There is a 10 minute grace period for being late but must contact. At 10 minutes, a $30late fee is added whether contacted or not & and after 20 minutes, $40 late fee or possible cancellation takes place.
Cancellation Policy
When canceling an appointment, please note that all deposits are non-refundable. To cancel your scheduled appointment, you must do so 48 hours prior to the appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a late cancellation fee of 40% of the service cost. No show clients will be charged as well When booking an appointment on a major holiday (Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve, New Years), an additional fee will be charged. $45 & up for children & $65 & up for adults
