Hair must be washed and detangled and hair must be professionally blown out prior to service Natural Hair colors (1 1b 2 4) are included Please add hair color during check out Please be on time! 10 minute grace period before late fee is added
Cancellation Policy
When canceling an appointment, please note that all deposits are non-refundable. To cancel your scheduled appointment, you must do so 48 hours prior to the appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a late cancellation fee of 40% of the service cost. No show clients will be charged as well When booking an appointment on a major holiday (Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve, New Years), an additional fee will be charged. $45 & up for children & $65 & up for adults
